Lucid's day-to-day operations and investments are managed by Mr. Dee. Prior to joining Lucid, he was a senior executive in multinational specialty pharmaceutical and food ingredients company where he held concurrent positions as CFO and Director of the European Holding Company and President & CEO of the largest operating division in Canada. Over the last 15 years, Rufino has held senior level positions in Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations in multinational companies with an emphasis on international business development, international acquisitions, divestitures and corporate finance.

In addition, Rufino previously held a position with the Corporate Finance group of Coopers & Lybrand (predecessor firm to PricewaterhouseCoopers).
