This business was started in 1947 by Kent H. Landsberg and incorporated in California on May 14, 1951. Corporate name changed in October 1983 from Kent H. Landsberg Co., Inc. to Sunclipse, Inc. In May of 1999 Sunclipse, Inc. changed its name to Amcor Sunclipse North America. In February of 2010 Amcor Sunclipse changed its name to Amcor Packaging Distribution. Amcor Packaging Distribution is a subsidiary of Amcor Limited, a publicly traded company on the Australian Stock Exchange (AMC).
