Lamy Cosmetics has been approved by the U.S. FDA (Food and Drug Administration) early in the 1980's of our efforts to create only the safest and quality beauty products.At the time, Lamybelle products were tested and passed of all 5 tests by the FDA and for the first time in the history of Korean cosmetics, Lamy acquired international approval by the FDA.

1976 : Lamy Cosmetics was established as an associated company of Dong-A Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.(100% invested)

1985 : Newly establishment of a cosmetic factory with the production scale of 100 billion won

1998 : Dong-A Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. sold Myung-Mi stocks to Wella AG Co

2003 : Three subsidiary companies of Dong-A Pharmaceutical (Sooseok glass, Sooseok farm , and Lamy cosmetics) were merged into Lamy

cosmetics, and the company name was changed to Sooseok Co.,Ltd.

2007 : Disaffiliated from Dong-A Socio Group on March

2008 : Lamy contracts RD cooperation with Silla university

2008 : Production factory relocation
