Kupath Rabbi Meir Baal Haness - Kolel Polen is a famous Tzedaka organization in the Holy Land. It has been based in Jerusalem since the beginning of the new settlement in Eretz Yisrael, more than two hundred years ago. The organization was founded by the greatest Torah scholars and leaders of the past generation. The Gedolim instructed every individual to donate generously to Kupath Rabbi Meir Baal Haness, a unique fund for the poor people of Eretz Yisrael. In fact, they went so far as to say that it was obligatory to contribute to this institution before any other charities! This Tzedaka, they said, is "a Segula for every individual to be helped in whatever area he needs salvation, and for blessings from heaven for a good livelihood..."
