Concept Design

As we develop a fully personalised design, we define the overall look and feel of the space we are creating for you. We make sure the layout is right for the way you want to use it and ‘walk you through’ architect’s drawings. We can work on plans you may have already had drawn up, improving the ‘flow’ of the house and bringing your ideas to life. Using our computerised system, you can see your rooms come alive, first with the design, then the furniture, lighting, the colours textures and reflections and the all important finishes. So you get a complete view of every aspect before you commit to going ahead.

Drawing and Specifications

Producing a package of working CAD drawings and specifications helps you to see the way that all the aspects of the design will work together. You can see the interplay of shapes, layering, textures and tones which transform the expected into the extraordinary.

The package includes:

• Floor plan elevations

• Samples of finishes - Concept images to illustrate in specific detail how all the aspects of the design will blend together

• Finishing schedule

• Finalising bespoke joinery

• Specifying details for bathrooms and kitchens

• Specifying wall and floor finishes

Project Management

Working with all the suppliers and contractors on site, we will make sure every detail of the design is implemented precisely according to the plans you have approved. That means the design will come to life just as you had imagined it.

Then we make it all happen. It’s our job to work with all the suppliers, producing detailed purchase orders, synchronising production dates, coordinating deliveries, overseeing installation and ensuring quality control. We take all the hassle away and make sure everything arrives on time, in top condition and in the right sequence. And that’s right through to installing and dressing your new furniture exactly where it’s supposed to be and exactly how you want it to look.

Furniture, Fittings, and Extras

Once the design is created, it’s the furniture, fittings and those sometimes not so little extras that make the world of difference. They can transform ‘special’ to ‘spectacular’.

We prepare a spreadsheet detailing every aspect of each room with images and specifications including furniture, finishes, fabrics and colours. We specify every detail, including suppliers, and those all important costs, keeping them realistic and ensuring you don’t get any nasty surprises.
