The practice of Jonathan Berney Consultant Surveyors and Valuers can trace its roots back to 1955 when Henry Berney first opened his doors at: 87 Regent Street, London W1, trading as Henry Berney & Co, Chartered Surveyors, specialising in the Motor Trade and Leisure Industries. Henry’s eldest son, Jonathan subsequently joined the practice in 1986 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor three years later in 1989, becoming a Partner in 1995.

The world we live in today has drastically and dramatically transformed since the birth of the practice, in line with these rapid changes, the Company has evolved, yet the ethos of Henry Berney remains the same today as existed in 1955. Under the new trading style of Jonathan Berney Consultant Surveyors & Valuers, times may have changed yet the level of professionalism and service to clients is apparent today.

Jonathan Berney is now the Managing Partner and is based in our head office located in central London. State-of-the-art computer systems connect various offices within the group to provide nationwide coverage of a wide range of multi-disciplinary services.
