Our smoked salmon is cold smoked in our traditional brick kilns. We are holders of The Royal Warrant-By Appointment to Her Majesty The Queen and winners of the Queens Award for Export Achievement 2000.

We currently export 75% of our smoked salmon, and can count many of the most prestigious hotels in the world as our customers.
