John Holt Architects is a family run RIBA Chartered Practice, established in Bury for over 45 years, with recently opened offices in Abersoch, North Wales.

We are a medium sized practice undertaking a wide variety of projects including new-build and refurbishments, residential works from domestic extensions to multiple housing developments, health care, sports projects, retail and commercial projects; a number of which have received RIBA MSA Design & Civic Trust Awards

Our services include architecture, interior design, party wall surveying, topographical surveys, planning coordinator (under CDM legislation) and in-house visualizations and models.

We listen and work closely with our clients to achieve their goals and would be delighted to speak with you to discuss your project, the service required together with the associated fees and costs. Our service includes thoughtful and considered design tailored to your requirements, either from conception through to completion or as a partial service, dependant on the client’s budget and requirements.
