Jinan Mingquan Writing Instrument Co., Ltd. is a professional corporation in producing pencil lead and pencils since establishment in 1989. Sticking to the principle of "existing by quality, developing by innovation", we are making concerted efforts to enlarge product line. Now we have three branches: graphite lead plant, color lead plant and pencil plant.

Our products include graphite leads, color leads and pencils, with one hundred specifications. Our annual production capacity is 2600 tons of black pencil leads, 12 million of color leads and 100 million pencils. Our products have reached international standard of security, for example EN71 and ASTM.
