Jiangxi Gandian Electric Co., Ltd. is the enterprise designated by former State Department of Machinery and Electricity to produce dry-type transformers, oil-immersed transformers, high-voltage transformers, combined transformers and box-type substations in Jiangxi Province. Being awarded the title of "scientific and technological enterprise" by Jiangxi Science and Technology Department, we are the recommended company of required equipment used in national urban and rural power grid construction and transformation field. Our company covers 30,000 square meters, with the construction area of over 20,000 square meters. Our company has 496 sets of major equipment, including casting equipment with German Hedrich vacuum processing systems, cutting equipment with Belgian SOENEN automatic numerical control shear lines and winding equipment with BZR-1 automatic winding machines. We have established domestically first-class test stations, which are equipped with Swiss Hafucai 561 PD meters, transformer computer monitoring systems, 500KV high-frequency voltage equipment and chromatographic analyzers. Our company has strong technical force, introduced and digested foreign advanced manufacturing technology of dry-type transformers. We have our own intellectual property rights, and are the main drafter of national standards for "current transformer" and "combined transformer". Our company is one of the members of National Standardization Technical Committee CT, and the largest manufacturer of Transformers and Current Transformers in Jiangxi Province.

We mainly produce all kinds of 220KV or below the current and voltage transformers, dry type transformers, oil invasion transformers, prefabricated substations, combined transformers, 6KV ~ 35KV high-voltage metering boxes (combined transformers), discharge coils and vacuum circuit breakers. Among them, the national patent products (patent No. ZL90102403.1) JSXN6-35, JSZG6-35 (10) and JSXNG-10 (6) anti-ferromagnetic resonance voltage transformers were awarded the technology progress prize by the Central OFTA; JSZG (F) 6-35 dry indoor third proposition ferroresonance voltage transformer filled the domestic gaps; JDC6-110 and LB7-110 high-voltage transformers, LVQB-110 and SC10 series dry-type transformers and ZGSI1 series combination transformers are listed as "Jiangxi Provincial key new products " by Jiangxi Science and Technology Department. Combined substation reached the advanced level and was popularly used in the majority of electricity sectors. SCB10 series dry-type transformers feature high safety, impact resistance, low loss, low noise and beautiful appearance. Other major technical indicators, like open circuit loss, load loss, noise and PD, are superior to the similar products in the industry.
