Jiangsu Juxin New Material Research And Development Co., Ltd. is a Hong Kang solely owned company, established in September 2011. Our company is situated in Danyang Development Zone, in China Delta Economic Area, with the advantageous geographic locations and convenient transportation, across Jing-Hu High Speed Railway, Huning Express Way and Jing-Hang Grand River.

Our company has three production bases, specializing in the RD, manufacture and marketing of mold steel, cold roll formed metal and anti-corrosion plastic coated tubes.

The mold steel products, technically supported by Jilin University and China Mechanical RD Institute, are made by the full production line from IF furnace melting, electroslag melting, forging to finishing operations.

The product scopes are HHD (Chinese patent product), ESR H13, P -H13 (DIN 1.2344), MHD (DIN 1.2343), HM1 and steel alloy cold rolled rough parts. The company is the die Materials Production Base for China FAW Group and the new type Die Material Laboratory Base for China Mechanical Science Research Institute. Our products have been exported to South Korea, Italy, etc.

The cold rolled products are made by high grade electro slag melting forging parts with the specifications of 9Cr2Mo, 60CrMoV, 86CrMV7, Mc3, Mc5 and by advanced equipment and workmanship. The products have enjoyed high reputations both at home and abroad.

The anti-corrosion plastic coated tubes are the perfect combination of plastic and steel, produced in accordance with ISO9001 Quality Standards and ISO14001 Environment Standards. The products are DN15-DN2000 plastic coated tubes and rolled plastic tubes and accessories, applying to irrigation, industry, fire prevention, telecommunication, electricity and high grade construction projects.
