There are two levels to the course at the end of which you receive a certificate for your qualification/s.

A brief overview of all equipment to be used and how to use them effectively. An outline on the bartender ethos and how to conduct yourself behind the bar, including customer service, multi-serving and colleague interaction. In depth view into how to mix cocktails, flavour interactions and relationships and presentational value in cocktails. Free pouring techniques. Basic skills in working flare and introduction to professional flare.
