To carry on all or any of the business of general merchants, importers and exporters, manufacturers agents, wholesalers, retailers, agents, commission agents, distributors, distributors agents in all kind of goods, materials and articles of all kinds and to carry on any other trade or business whatsoever which can in the opinion of the Company be advantageously carried out or conveniently carried on by way of extension of, in connection with or is calculated directly or indirectly to develop any branch of the business of the Company.
