Innertron utilizes a wide range of tools in developing of modifying product designs. Our Engineering teams apply filter synthesis software to model and design components, and subsequently verify and qualify these designs through sophisticated test equipment, methodology and software. ISO 9001certified Innertron offers its customers engineering expertise throughout the entire design process.

The manufacturing process involves the procurement of advanced RF and Microwave materials, precise dimensioning control at the materials preparation stage, excellence quality in workmanship at the assembly stage, strict electrical testing requirements and careful packaging for the presservation of the products quality

All Innertron components are 100% tested by computer automated test equipment to ensure each and every component meets the electrical parameters and product modeling specified by our customers. An integral aspect of our product verification process is to correlate all our efforts with our customer's testing methode. To helf accomplish this, all of our testing equipment, software programming and test fixtures are internally developed and manufactured. The end result of these design and test procedures is to offer flexibility in meeting customer needs as we develop new products for ever expanding RF Microwave applications.
