We are a small and friendly architectural practice based on the Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire borders.

Our staff are professionally qualified and insured and practice principle, Ian Penycate MBEng. MCIOB, has more than 35 years experience in residential architecture, specialsing in new houses or remodelling / extending and converting existing properties.

We offer as much or as little help as a client needs, and tailor a package of services to exactly meet your needs.

Getting an idea turned into a built reality is quite a simple process when the right sequence is followed and each piece is fitted in at the right time - however it is a process fraught with difficulty when approached in the wrong way. We can help you on just about all the stages of an architectural project, from giving you an appraisal of a properties potential prior to purchase, measured surveys, sketch schemes, formal drawings for planning applications and building regulation applications with the Council, specifications and detailed pricing information for tender, contractor selection advice and taking the role of contract administrator whern the work goes "live" on-site.
