How long should you use a weighted hula hoop?

After a few months, you will find you can hula for 20 - 30 minutes without the need for a break! Once you build up to this fitness level you can move onto a weighted hula hoop at 5kg heavy. Repeat the process, starting at 5 mins and building up to 30mins, then move once again onto a heavier hoop.
