Rodolph, Nalini, and Meg are an eco-conscious family with years of experience in hospitality. Rodolph is an HR and employment law associate CIPD qualified practitioner and has been running a recruitment agency for the last 12 years; he was a chef in the Cayman Islands and chef consultant for 15 years, 2 of which he spent cooking for Kate Middleton and her family in Berkshire. Nalini has been an NHS registered nurse with a nursing degree and clinical site manager in Reading Hospital for the last 12 years. Their 17-year-old daughter, Meg, is an ambitious student at Kendrick grammar school in Reading, acknowledged as one of the best schools in the UK and plans to attend the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science, currently ranked in the top three universities in the UK; she is also working as a Math & English teacher for the last 2 years and can also provide tuition on weekends at home or online.

Their family has been police checked and hold Enhanced DBS certificates which allows them to work with children and vulnerable people. Rodolph completed Homestay Host safeguarding certification via the British Council in 2022.

Located West on the official London tube map, in the business capital of the Thames Valley, their 6-bedrooms homestay in Reading was beautifully refurbished in the summer of 2021 to high standards.
