Hell Gym is a specially prepared and well-equipped gym located almost in the center of Rzeszów. We offer over 100 professional stations for strength, aerobic, CrossFit and martial arts exercises, located in several specially prepared rooms, the total area of ​​which is over 800 square meters. The club is equipped with equipment for strength and endurance training, as well as cardio devices for fitness training, i.e. bikes, treadmills, steppers, cross trainers. These companies are known for the highest quality of the equipment they offer, on which the leading Polish sportsmen train. Thanks to many years of cooperation with one of the manufacturers of strength training equipment as well as the leading Polish bodybuilders and fitness players, who are often our guests, many of our devices have been specially designed according to their instructions. This is to help the members of our club to maximize the training effects and even better meet the high requirements of people exercising in our club. In order to make the exercises more pleasant, the training rooms are fully equipped with multimedia devices.
