1) Upper and lower surfaces: galvanized color steel plate, thickness of 0.4-0.8mm. According to the specific requirements of customers, aluminum plated zinc color steel plate or galvanized steel plate can also be used. The steel plate is first rolled by the forming machine and then combined with the rock wool factory.

2) Rock wool core material: The density of 120kg/m³ rock wool blocks are staggered, and its fibers are perpendicular to the upper and lower surfaces of the sandwich board, and closely connected to enrich the entire vertical and horizontal surfaces of the sandwich board. The rock wool blocks and the rock wool and the upper and lower steel plates are bonded by high strength foaming agent to form a whole, and the sophisticated production process ensures that the high-density rock wool insulation body can produce a strong adhesive force between the metal plate inner wall, so that the rock wool sandwich board has a good stiffness.
