OWNER BACKGROUND
Owner / Founder
Hamza As President and founder of DeanZa Contracting, LLC, Hamza brings over twenty-five years of combined hands on experience as an Auto and Heavy Truck/Equipment Mechanic, also in the Trucking, Heavy Hauling, and Construction related fields. Hamza oversees the complete operation of the company as well as developing and implementing long-range plans and goals to ensure continued growth and stability within the company.
Mission
Our mission is to continue with our growth and team of skilled, diverse, ethical, and dedicated individuals who are committed to the success of the company, and to the success of one another. In order to continue to be successful we must treat our customers, Prime Contractors, subcontractors, and employees with honesty, fairness, and integrity with the continued preservation of commitment to service, quality, and safety, while operating within approved schedules and budgets. This philosophy is the cornerstone of our company.
Company Profile / Work History
We started heavy haul trucking company in 1986 as Khans Trucking Inc. in Florida with one truck. By 1988 had expanded to thirteen trucks hauling phosphates in Bartow, Florida, then with the expansion of the trucking fleet embarked on more extensive projects establishing DeanZa Contracting LLC.
Projects:
F.DOT, I-595 Provided Heavy Hauling for the building of the Connector in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, between I-95 and I-75;
Lee County, South Carolina. Hurricane Hugo Clean-up for Bishopville, Timmonsville, Lamar, Lynchburg and surrounding areas of South Carolina. Scope of work was divided into four phases; each phase was awarded dependent upon contractor performance. My company was awarded all four phases and completed projects without incident and on time. Project entailed clean up, removing trees and debris from the drainage and irrigation system and access roads to and from the farmlands in the area that depended on these systems for their survival.
SC.DOT, Great Pee Dee River Bridge, Florence County, South Carolina; Clearing Grubbing for the Highway and Bridge widening from a two to a four Lane Highway.
