Hagley Road Motor Company is a family owned used car dealership based near Birmingham city centre in the West Midlands.

Although motor cars have changed beyond recognition over the past 60 years as technological advances have taken hold, the basic principles on which we run our business have not.

We believe that if we look after our staff and our customers with a fair-minded and courteous approach then loyal and mutually beneficial relationships develop. We have many customers who have bought five, six or even seven cars from us and remain loyal to this day.

Because we remain a privately owned family business we are not beholden to City Institutions or distant shareholders with short term gain in mind but only to you, our customers. We run our business from a sound financial base, take the long-term view where necessary and never need to resort to the more desperate practices of some of our competitors.
