Regarding new technology research, we have been making persistent efforts to improve the technologies of latex product production and manufacture. After exploration and practice for a long time, we have developed an intelligent inspection instrument, which has solved the difficult problem of mutual interference in the condom detection processes and can distinguish between the qualified and unqualified condoms. It enables the dry methods to continuously detect the wet methods and breaks through the bottleneck of the low production of condoms by dry detecting. The new generation of dry electrical detectors can detect 300 condoms per minute. It greatly improves our production capacity, really gaining the aim of energy conservation, cost reduction and investment saving.

In the respect of energy conservation and consumption reduction, through a series of experiments by our technicians, such as heat balance test, data collection, analysis and calculation, we have improved the heat supply system design and have chosen scientific heat supply systems in closed circuit circulation with heat conducting oil. It is a significant achievement. With this heat supply system, the total standard coal consumption is 19.5kg for producing 10 thousand pieces of condoms, reduced by over 40%, compared with the conventional heat supply systems. The new generation of fully-automatic large-scale condom 3 in 1 vulcanizer, designed and manufactured by adopting a new design concept, increases our production capacity by 50% compared with the original one, without changing the vulcanization time. It greatly improves the heat efficiency of drying, making the heat energy consumption of the backend processor drop by above 50%. The recycling device for white carbon black isolating agents, a set of additional equipment designed and made at the same time, makes the consumption of condom white carbon black controlled below 1.3kg per 10 thousand condoms.
