TPEE Polymer (TPE Elastomero Termoplastico) is a block copolymer containing polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) hard segments and polyether soft segments. ATP polymer is a leading manufacturer and supplier in the tpe thermoplastic polyester elastomer market that offers all kinds of TPEE material, including TPEE plastic.

TPEE Material By Processing

TPEE is mostly copolymerized by 1,4-butylene terephthalate and polybutanol, so its classification is based on different processing methods in industrial applications. And TPEE plastic is often divided into Injection molding, extrusion and blow molding.

TPEE Polymer Material By Characteristics

TPEE has excellent oil resistance in terms of chemical resistance. Under low strain conditions, TPEE modulus is higher than other thermoplastic elastomers of the same hardness, compared with other thermoplastic elastomers.

UV-resisitance TPEE

Fine and smooth surface and soft-touch feel without heterogeneous, pits, whiten, sticky etc.

Anti-static TPEE

HFFR wire & cable with stable, long-term anti-static property can pass UL105 /90 ℃ ℃ heat-resistance level.
