Production Facilities

Factory #1

Focusing on machinery products such as various laces made with cotton, polyester, , Embroidery patches, elastic and non-elastic webbing tape, grosgrain, jacquard woven strap... etc.

Factory# 2

Focusing on hand-made products such as beaded laces, beading organza laces ,hot fix Satin rosette , bows, motives, Battenberg laces, crochets laces, etc.

We employ over 600 workers in China extra subcontracting workers more than 1,000. We have our own expert molding section and separate dyeing house, which provide "One- stop" service to customers.

We have invested in advanced machineries and computerized systems, the manufacturing process from mold making, die-casing, electroplating to quality control and packing are all done in our factories in China. We are also equipped with semi-automated production lines, enable us to manufacture our products in high efficiency and accuracy. We have developed special polishing and electroplating techniques that make our products more glamorous, and at the same time, resist from the erosion of acid, alkali and salt more efficiency

Quality Control

The whole production process is under our strict control. We are scrupulous about every detail in the process, including the pattern design, sample submission, coloring, production, stereotyping, processing, strict quality inspection and packaging.

We emphasize the regular training to our staff so as to strengthen their technical skills and knowledge. Through our strict control over the production process and our subcontractors, our products conform to different international standards.
