Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. is a Canadian gold, magnesium and base metal exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The Company's subsidiaries include Globex Nevada, Inc. and Gold Capital Corporation. It owns most of its properties and holds about 35 land packages that have resources or reserves, mineralized drill intersections, showings or untested geophysical targets. Its most significant mineral properties include Bateman Bay, Fabie Bay & Magusi River, Duquesne West, Lyndhurst, Mooseland, Nordeau Gold, Poirier Mine, Ramp Property, Timmins Magnesite-Talc and Wood Mine. Its less significant properties with past production include the Parbec Property, Suffield Mine and Vulcan Property. The Company also conducts operations on numerous mineral properties in both Canada and the United States. However, it does not own any mineral properties that are in the production stage.
