1) Request Letter or LOI on Buyer's or their Representatives Letterhead..

2) Bank Name only

3) Brief profile of the Buyers

After the Due Diligence is done on the Buyer, a seven (7) page FCO will be issued by the Refinery through their Mandate to the Buyer, then, the Seller will be in direct contact with the Buyer after that..
