Home ownership is a hallmark of the American Dream. Global Investment Services wants to help people achieve that goal, regardless of their economic status. Our mission is to offer home ownership opportunities to residents who otherwise would not qualify for homeownership through traditional means.

The goal of our homeowners program is to teach our clients how to be responsible homeowners and good neighbors with a four-step process that allows them to obtain homeownership in as little as 7-10 years.

No Loans are needed. Bankruptcy, Bad Credit, No Credit does not disqualify you.
