General Petroleum GmbH is headquartered in Frankfurt Germany and covers its operations spanning four continents from Europe through the Middle East Asia Africa to Australia vide thirty five offices around the globe. An ISO 9001:2008 company General Petroleum Products UAE is a proud subsidiary of General Petroleum GmbH.

The global Head Quarters and regional offices for Europe are based in Frankfurt Germany while the Middle East Asia and Africa headquarters is in the UAE.

General Petroleum expanded its operations to cover Middle Far East Asia in the eighties before diversifying into automotive lubricants in the nineties. The Company expanded its operations to cover Africa in early 2000.

The company exports its lubricant products to more than forty countries worldwide. Its comprehensive range of world class lubricants deliver the performance needed in every application including the most demanding and capital intensive where leading edge lubrication technology is vital.

The Companys range of automotive, industrial and marine lubricants is manufactured to international standards. It holds various API certifications as well as OEM approvals and is blended at ISO certified plants in Germany and the UAE. Its plant in Tanzania is nearing completion and is expected to go on line by end 2010 or early 2011.
