Flint Energy Services Ltd. is an integrated provider of midstream production services to the energy and resource industry in North America, including petrochemical producers, power utility and co-generation companies, and forestry companies. The Company provides services to its customers under the Flint brand through three business units: Production Services, which includes services such as the installation of process piping and equipment in energy processing facilities; Facility Infrastructure, which includes services such as the assembly of oil and natural gas process piping and equipment; and Transportation Systems, which includes services such as the installation of natural gas gathering systems and connection pipelines. The Company has 42 field service centers located in Western Canada, and in the Southern and Midwestern United States.
