FAMA Corporation Sdn Bhd or FAMACO as it is better known is a wholly owned subsidiary of Federal Agricultural Marketing Authority of FAMA, an agency of the Ministry of Agriculture and Agro Based Industry Malaysia.

Incorporated 15th August 1994 with a fully paid up Capital of RM11. 8 million.

The Chairman of the company is Dato' Zuraidah Atan who also sits in the Board of FAMA. Other Board members are drawn from the industry who are professionals in their own areas of sepertise.
