Fairburn Farm was Canada’s first water buffalo dairy farm! After importing a herd out of Denmark in 2000, and experiencing a set back, we produced the first milk in 2006. The dairy was started by Darrel and Anthea Archer, and they were joined by two of their children, Maryann and Richard, in 2008.
