Using advanced concepts in training theory, we design athletic programs for individuals of all ages and athletic aptitudes. Simply put, Excelerator Sports builds what we call Excelerator Athletes. An Excelerator Athlete strives to accomplish 4 goals:

1. Reaching his or her highest athletic potential by developing, improving, and excelling in the biomotor abilities--speed, strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination.

2. Carefully executing the specific training details of movement and posture--Always "Sweats the Small Stuff."

3. Using self-discipline and self-motivation to set and meet personal goals; builds upon personal strengths and improving weaknesses.

4. Developing leadership skills by setting high expectations for self and others while maintaining athletic ethics.
