The Laboratory of Testing and Measurement ENERGO COM Bucharest Romania is accredited according to EN – ISO/IEC 17025:2005 by RENAR to performs the tests for electric cables, telecommunication cables, signaling cables, insulating materials and accessories for low and medium voltage cables, insulation composite medium voltage and other electrical equipments:

- Type tests, for power cables, cable accessories and insulators, electrical equipments, according to international standards: IEC, VDE, and CENELEC.

- A.C. Testing, D.C. Testing, Lighting Impulse, Partial Discharge Testing, Capacitance and Tan δ Testing, Salt Fog Test, Humidity Test, Thermal Cycles testing for power cables and accessories, and overhead lines clamps.

- Material tests: volume resistivity, dielectric strength, dielectric constant, dissipation factor, tracking resistance etc.

The laboratory has been accredited by RENAR (National Certifying Body) since 2001, Accreditation Certificate No 167 – L in accordance with EN 45001, Certificate of Accreditation No. LI 781 of 01.06.2009 extended in 18.09.2013 valid until 09/17/2017 accordance with EN – ISO/IEC 17025:2005.

Measuring systems and apparatus are calibrated according to IEC 60060-2, by DKD – Germany, and National Institute of Metrology – INM Romania.
