Our signature ER series machines is one of the first in Asia to feature a Zero Overhang Design which directly supports the clamping carriage from below using two linear guide rails.

With this design, there is virtually no displacement of the mould under its own weight or the pressure of the blow pins, thus greatly improves mould perpendicularity, stability, speed and product quality, while keeping thte mould perfectly level, reducing vibrations, reject rates and cycle time.

Bosch-Rexroth, Yuken, Camozzi, Watts Eurodrive, Fuji, Omron and Barber-Colman make up the major components used in our machines.

Our machines also feature a higher service factor than many of our competitor, ensuring that our machines operate within 40% of their maximum capability when they are new. This keeps the parts from being worn out quickly, allowing for a longer operating time and a service life of more than 10 years.
