Since 1985, we've had a reputation in the Drexel Hill community for being honest and taking excellent care of our patients. We've been helping patients overcome hearing loss for decades, and the number of patients who return to see us every year is a testament to how focused we are on our patients' needs.
We'll find the solution to your hearing needs. We listen to you so we can understand what you need based on your lifestyle and experiences with hearing loss. There are many hearing aids on the market today, and we’ll go over all your options until we’ve found the ones that work best for you. Even if you’ve purchased hearing aids from somewhere else and aren’t satisfied with them, we will always give you our full attention. Why Choose Us?
We give you personalized care. We understand every person is different, so we’ll always treat you as the individual you are.
We love people, and we love helping people. If you come to Drexel Hill Hearing Aid Center, you can trust you're in the hands of people who care.
Our office is comfortable and calming. We don't believe in high-pressure sales. Our hearing instrument specialist is a friendly, encouraging person who will put you at ease.
We're available any time you need us. We do our best to respond quickly to every patient, so you won't be stuck with a problem for long.
We keep you involved in your own hearing healthcare. No one knows your hearing better than you do. That’s why any decision about your hearing is entirely up to you, even the choice to purchase hearing aids or not.
We do whatever it takes to help you. No matter how long it takes, we are here to find a solution for you.
It's completely risk-free. All hearing aids come with a 30-to 45-day-risk-free trial period. If your hearing aids aren't working for you within that time frame, we'll make adjustments to see if that will help, or we'll accept them back with a full refund.
We keep our office relaxed and comfortable, so you won't feel like you've come to a doctor's appointment. As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by David Epstein, our hearing instrument specialist. David enjoys getting to know people and finding a way to help.
We approach our hearing appointments like conversations. We’ll ask you about your hearing and lifestyle in order to discover what will be best for your needs.
Next, we'll give you the full range of hearing tests required by the state of Pennsylvania, such as speech comprehension and bone conduction testing. This lets us understand the nature of your hearing loss and where you might need help.
We'll take the results of your hearing test and what you've told us about your hearing needs and use that information to determine what hearing aids might be right for you. We can fit you with a pair of demo hearing aids while we go over your results. This lets you experience firsthand what wearing hearing aids would be like.
If you're ready to move forward with getting hearing aids, we can put in an order for your hearing devices right away. But, if you're not ready yet, we promise we won't pressure you into buying them. We understand only you know what's best for you.
