Office Furniture and Seating is a company based in Jacksonville, Florida. Following their success to drive sales locally, OFS agreed to work with Diginius to devise an online strategy to focus on sales of office furniture nationwide in the US Market.

STRATEGY
By conducting an in-depth analysis of Office Furniture and Seating’s profitability; identifying and tracking revenue, margin and profit opportunities it was possible to effectively utilize and enhance their marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and buy-in.
Using their existing marketing campaigns to reveal keywords and phrases that already performed well, focus was centred on implementing and designing a PPC strategy to enable these top performing terms to boost site visibility whilst reinvesting into untapped searches and thus optimising ad spend.
As this strategy began to yield results, and product sales increased. Keyword groups were expanded, reviewed and revised to ensure irrelevant traffic was cut out and focus remained on well targeted, relevant keywords and ads.
OFS’s creative input allowed audits to be conducted, ensuring site structure and landing pages were optimised towards conversion. This resulted in the creation of new landing pages targeting high performing keywords, as well as, restructuring product category pages that reflected customers buying behaviour.
