The agricultural farm "Francesco Caccavo" was born on 18th November 1986, with the aim to produce, transform and negotiate agricultural products according to the biological method provided from the European Community normative. At present "Az. Ag. Francesco Caccavo" manages 62 hectares of soil situated at Troia plain (Fg) and in Foggia plain; the farm has also a biological production since 1996 according to the Reg. CEE 20 / 78 / 92 and to subsequent modifications and integrations. The owner of this farm is Dr. Francesco Caccavo; he was born in Foggia on 17th January, 1967, since the settlement of this farm, he has tried to create a productive reality able to give the right valorization to the oil production of Puglia. The farm, as a matter of fact, has the aim to offer a product which, for taste, organic characters and image, was able to satisfy a particular consumer. According to the chosen settlement, " Az. Ag. Francesco Caccavo " offers a product of superior quality, directed to a modern target, that is refined and careful to its own feeding.
