Although the park is used by Denver Borough as it's main community park the trustee's primary fuction is to update and maintian the War Memorial which includes the names of all armed services personnel living and deceased, active and retired from all wars starting with WWI up to current.

There are 8 trustees from the three local churches, Denver Fire Company #1, Fraternal Order of Orioles Nest 54, Denver Fair Committee, the Denver Lions Club and the Denver Womens Club.

Other interested parties include Cocalico Football, Cocalico Baseball Organization (CBO), KB Gymnastics, Diamond League Baseball and a host of others.
