Description
The School of Exercise, Training & Science (SETS) provides an extensive 300 hour Personal Trainer program. Our State approved, comprehensive program gives students the skills needed to become a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. Our curriculum covers areas such as anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, exercise technique, personal training principles and guidelines, client consultation and assessment, exercise psychology, nutrition and weight management, and business planning and management.
Following successful completion of the SETS program the graduate is awarded a Diploma as a Personal Trainer, and will be certified in both CPR, AED and First Aid!
SETS prepares you for the national certification examination through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
