Czon擁有超過十年嘅教學經驗，係Monkey Business Studio嘅創辦人，以及運動品牌adidas嘅專屬老師。Czon亦時常喺唔同嘅媒體教大家做運動，分享自己嘅經驗同心得。 佢同時係澳洲 Stretch Therapy™ 喺亞洲嘅第一位資深導師 (Senior Teacher)。喺過去四年已經將呢個有效而安全嘅伸展方法帶俾超過一千人。 ​ Czon擁有 Breakletics、Yoga Alliance、Polestar Pilates、Animal Flow 、MovNat、FMS同TRX等專業教練資格。喺2019年，Czon亦成為KAP (Kundalini Activation Process)嘅導師。 Czon喺香港浸會大學(運動及休閒管理社會科學碩士)，同香港理工大學(服裝及紡織文學士)畢業。因自己對運動嘅熱愛，同一份要將健康帶比所有人嘅使命感，而選擇成為瑜珈老師同健身教練。 曾經喺多個本港高級會所同五星級酒店任教，宜家佢專注喺自己嘅工作室Monkey Business，教授工作坊，小組同埋個人學生。 Czon, with over ten years of teaching experiences, is now the Founder of Monkey Business Studio, and adidas stretching, yoga and fitness teacher. She can always be seen on media, sharing her health and wellness tips. She is the first Senior Teacher of Stretch Therapy™ in Asia, granted by her Mentor Kit Laughlin. During the past four years, she has taught this safe and effective stretching method to over a thousand students. Czon possess professional qualifications in Breakletics, Yoga Alliance, Polestar Pilates, Animal Flow, MovNat, FMS and TRX. In 2019, she also became a KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) Facilitator, personally selected and trained by the Founder Venant Wong. As a graduate from Hong Kong Baptist University (Master of Social Sciences in Sports and Leisure Management), and Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Bachelor of Arts in Clothing and Textiles), Czon has chosen the path to become a teacher due to her passion in sports and fitness, and the desire to bring health and wellness to people around her. Having been teaching at prestige private clubs and five-star hotels, Czon now has her focus on delivering workshops, and teaching her private clients at Monkey Business Studio.
