Request for crude oil supply

1)Seller/buyer signs sales and purchase agreement (SPA)with all banking details .

2)Buyer issues vessel details including the first and last pages of vessel charter party agreement to seller.

3)Seller conforms presence of vessel and open communicate with vessel captain .

4)Buyer issues through his bank a certified guarantee B/G in favour of seller .

5)Seller confirms B/ Gand send (NOR)notice of readiness to buyer vessel captain who responds with ETA

6)Seller loads product to lob side buyer's vessel at 50 to 60 nautical

miles (after Lome triangle)

7)Nominated independent inspection agents , inspect quantity and quality of product load , trans -shipment tanks place.

8) Seller forwards full set of shipping documents to buyers bank and copies to vessel captain for payment .

9) Buyer releases fund by wire transfer to seller's bank account

within 24hrs.
