Credit Union 1 is an Alaskan financial cooperative with a mission to help members achieve their financial goals by focusing on excellent service and value. Founded over 57 years ago, Credit Union 1 has 14 branches and over 57,500 members. In 1952, Credit Union 1 began as an Anchorage Teachers Federal Credit Union. We have since merged credit unions such as FedAlaska, Ward Cove, and North Country Credit Union. Together, we represent a large and diverse membership base that extends to anyone who lives or works in Alaska. The Credit Union 1 of today is a thriving, unified, and community-minded institution, and we are pleased to service all of our members' financial needs.
