APPLICATION

Cyclohexanone is used for organic synthesis as well as a solvent medium of nitrates, acetyl cellulose, lipids, waxes, natural resins, polyvinylchloride, fats, oils, acetates , waxes, varnishes (including electrical). Also it was applied to remove stains from paint. It is also possible to use in combination with certain other solvents (e.g., with ethyl acetate).

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND TRANSPORTATION

Cyclohexanone is stored in containers in warehouses intended for storage of flammable liquids, under a nitrogen breathing. Cyclohexanone Transported in railway tanks in accordance with the rules of transportation of goods, operating in railway transport, tankers, steel flanks. Cyclohexanone, intended for the production of caprolactam is transported in containers under a nitrogen blanket.

Packaging: Drums of 200 liters. Possible packing in plastic cans with capacity of 20, 10 and 5 liters.

Storage of cyclohexanone is allowed at specially equipped warehouses for the storage of flammable substances in sealed containers under excess nitrogen pressure of 3920 PA (400 mm of water.St.).

Warranty period of storage - 6 months from production date, 30 days from the date of production of product intended for the production of caprolactam.
