FOOD GRADE RUBBER SHEETING

It is a mold-resistant and water-repellant material that does not allow for any organic agents to form on it. In addition to being non-toxic, it has almost non-existent levels of odor and taste. These non-contaminating qualities make food grade silicone the perfect material for use as food grade seals.

APPLICATION:

Food Grade Rubber sheets very soft and elastic, food grade rubber and can be used in contact with food. These rubber sheets are intended for manufacturing in food processing, Dairy Milk, Soft Drinks, Breweries, Edible Oil Mill, beverages pharmaceutical industry, washers and seals operating statically in non-stretched conditions.

PACKAGING:

Food Grade Rubber sheets are folded to form bales (e.g. 60 cm x 60 cm and 100 - 113 kg per bale), compressed and wrapped in protective sheets. A protective coating and talcum are applied to the surface to protect against oxidation and to prevent the sheets from sticking to each other. These form a background for stenciling the shipping marks. Bales are transported in crates or loose in containers . Skim rubber should not be used as protective sheets.

Sheets can also be simply folded and packed in plastic bags in the form of 35 kg bales. 36 bales together form a load unit of 1260 kg per pallet. These are unitized using shrink-wrap sheeting or a shroud of plastic film. Metal crates can also be used.

TRANSPORTATION:

All types of transport in accordance with goods shipping rules applicable to particular mode of transport. For to distant Asian market, we export by sea, in ISO container, from Russia Vladivostok commercial Seaport. Duration ranges from 5 to 25 days depending on the Asian port. 5 to 14 days to any China port.
