Our Company

San Antonio Abad Cooperative was founded in 1954, and has more than 50 years of experience producing high quality wines and olive oil. Located in Villacanas, Toledo, the land of Don Quixote, we produce extra virgin olive oil (80 percent cornicabra and 20 percent picual olive) , and wine from Airen, Tempranillo, Grenache, Sirah grapes.

Our wines

We elaborate wines under the Appellation of Origin: La Mancha, and Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla.

Red Wine from Tempranillo grapes: ruby red in colour, clean and shiny, soft and balanced taste. Delicately with an agreeable end to fruit.

White Wine from Airen grapes: Pale gold colour. In nose it has intense fruit aromas. In mouth it is light, delicate, aromatic and with a long aftertaste.

Our olive oil

Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives solely by mechanical means. Our oil olive from picual olives have a low linoleic acid content, and a high oleic acid content, which make it ideal for the diet. It has a golden colour with greenish tones and a fruity flavor. The oils of this variety are perfect for warm salads, stewed vegetables, and for making sauces such as mayonnaise.
