Columbia Plastics was selected as the vendor based on our proven track record of cost-effective product development. Our use of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) techniques allows us to be competitive through all stages of the design, development and build cycle.

We developed a two-part design for the product that met the end use requirements. This reduced production cost by utilizing a one-piece flow process through molding, ultrasonic welding, and packaging of the product in a sealed pouch, ready for sterilization – all within Columbia’s ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000) Clean Room.
