The excellent single-screw compression structure proposed by founder Mr. B. Zimmern is widely recognized as a more ideal compression structure. This structure is symmetrically balanced, providing better force balance during compression. The main screw has 12 compression chambers, completing 12 air compressions in one revolution. The air end is directly connected to the motor, resulting in higher efficiency compared to traditional twin screw air end with speed increasing gear.

During the compression process, the axial and radial forces on the main screw mutually offset, allowing it to withstand pressures of up to 40 bar. Simultaneously, the vibration and noise during operation are much lower than traditional air end.
