How To Choose The Wheel of Pallet Truck

Generally, one pallet truck has one drive wheel and four steering wheels. Some fork pallet truck also come with climbing wheel. How to choose the wheel material, you need to consider not only the prices, but also the application site. We have three type wheels for your choice:

Nylon wheels: Many customer think Nylon material is cheap, so the wheel quality must not be good. This is actually wrong information. Nylon material is hard, so it has high abrasion resistant. If you use pallet truck jack mostly outdoor or on some rough ground. You'd better chose nylon wheel. Otherwise, you may have difficult to move the pallet truck when it is full loaded.

PU wheels: PU wheel has a soft surface, when it contact with the floor, especially the flat ground such as the epoxy resin floor you can often see in the factory, warehouse, liebrary and so on, PU wheel will be your best choice.
