President of HOBY Paper, Mr. Shilei, founded this company in 1993 as the former name of STARLINKS. Through ten years of development, STARLINKS has become a successful group company with more than ten subsidiaries around the whole China Mainland, such as Shanghai, Qingdao, Beijing, Dalian, Fujian, Tianjin, Dongguan and Shunde. We have more than 500 staff and over 60 delivery cars. In 2006, the total sales amount has got up to 160 million Yuan.
