Built with the experience and love that came from nine generations of dedication to grape growing and wine production Chaberton was originally a smaller Estate Winery which was started in 1981 by Claude and Inge Violet. The winery first opened for retail in 1991 and specialized in cool-climate German white varietals. Since then, Chaberton was purchased by the current owners Anthony Cheng & Eugene Kwan. We now proudly produce 20+ wines, all of which are 100% BC VQA from grapes sourced from three of the grape growing regions in BC, the Fraser, Similkameen and Okanagan Valleys. All our wines are available in our Wine Shop and through our On-Line Shopping site. Please note that for On-Line orders, a minimum 1 case (12 bottles of 750ml) is required.
